There can be a raft of safety related performance symptoms or characteristics that might be causing a disruption or limiting the management of safety which will bear on your business safety performance.

These symptoms might be a product of prevailing attitudes or experience within the management team or the organisation. Some of these impacts may be effecting the management processes in how safety is organised, communicated or adopted by the leaders in your management and your workplaces.

The symptoms may be the result of operational events or incidents that have led to a clear desire or necessity to make subtle changes or significant improvements in safety leadership, safety systems and safety attitudes.

Steve can conduct a diagnostic of your business safety management activities to assess the level of embedment and effectiveness in specific workplaces or business operations, systems (procedures, training, safety support IT applications) and in field operations.

Safety Management Reviews

Conducting a safety management review across specific areas of your business provides a snapshot of the current status of safety effort, effectiveness.

A management review provides an independent opinion that can be used as a verification of management opinion, internal auditing findings, incident trending, management corrective actions or business monthly reporting of safety performance.

Steve uses his background in large organisational safety health and environment management at an operational and corporate level. He has a experience in project management, and is a Degree Engineer.
